- Engineering Consulting
Consultation at the company's headquarters:
We start by inviting our clients to visit the company’s headquarters to provide free engineering consultation through a meeting with one of the design engineers. We discuss all areas of work in the project, evaluate your needs and the appropriate budget, and explain to you the design steps that we adopt in our work program.
On-site consultation:
If the client concludes that our services are suitable for the project he intends to undertake, we will send one of the design engineers to conduct a field visit to the site and provide appropriate engineering advice for the work site after the design agreement is signed.
- Design phase
Initial designs:
We start by taking measurements of the actual location and taking into consideration all the surrounding conditions of neighboring buildings and infrastructure services, the direction of sunrise and sunset, the direction of the Islamic Qiblah. Then we present a preliminary plan that meets 90% of your requirements and desires. This plan is developed the second time to be fully compatible with all your requirements and needs. After approving the final architectural plan, we start choosing the building materials that are appropriate for your design and the financial budget that you will allocate for the project.
Initial budget:
Once we have completed the design phase and selected the building materials, we will prepare a detailed bill of quantities containing the types of materials, construction costs, and project management costs.

Once the initial budget is approved, we move on to finalizing all the details of the architectural plan, the type of building materials, and the specifications that must be approved for the purpose of issuing a work permit.
Signing the contract:
When you agree on the final price, we will prepare a contract to implement the project and mention the required details for the purpose of signing by both parties (the client & the company).
- Construction stages
Pre-implementation stage:
When the final contract is signed by all parties, we will begin preparing the necessary materials, obtaining the required approvals and permits, and creating a work plan to complete within the specified time. The work team responsible for your project will communicate with you periodically to give you information about the work progress stages documented with pictures of the situation and answer all your questions before starting the implementation phase.
Implementation phase:
We start implementation immediately after obtaining permits, if any.
Post-implementation phase:
